Terms of Trade
This page contains the SEO terms and conditions of trade for New Zealand search engine optimisation plans provided by KevinPye.com.
A written quotation will be provided for all Search Engine Optimisation Plans. This will be sent or emailed to the client in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
Before the commencement of any SEO plan, KevinPye.com requires the written quote to be signed. This acknowledges and confirms your acceptance of the quote and the Term and Conditions that apply.
You quote will also outline the time frame and payment details. The signed quote and acceptance form may be returned to KevinPye.com via fax or where circumstances prevent this, confirmation of your acceptance can be sent via post or email.
Disbursements
All New Zealand prices are exclusive of GST. The rate quoted includes all consultancy work associated with the project, including local phone calls, telephone support, emails, stationery and other related costs.
Expenses including but not limited to toll calls, transport, parking charges, travel, flights, hotel accommodation or search engine submission, Pay Per Click advertising etc, will be charged as additional costs.
Estimate of Costs
Where it is not possible to provide a quotation, an estimate will be given. If you decide not to proceed with the matter to completion, work carried out and payments made on your behalf will remain chargeable.
Any significant costs to be incurred in excess of any estimate given will be referred to the client prior to the work being undertaken.
Payment Terms
KevinPye.com will not commence an SEO plan or project until a contract or agreement is signed and the client has been invoiced for the initial deposit amount as indicated on the quoting document outlining the services to be provided.
All search engine optimisation work shall commence on the agreed date as outlined in the quotation and shall continue on a month-by-month basis until the services have been completed.
Monthly payments will be due by the 20th of each month and a GST invoice will be prepared and issued in advance. Accounts outstanding over one month in duration will incur a 10% penalty fee unless suitable payment arrangements have been made.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising should be discussed with KevinPye.com and every effort will be made to resolve the matter in an amicable way.
If a satisfactory agreement cannot be reached either party may refer this matter to the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal for a decision.
Search Engine Ranking Guarantees
All search engine optimisation or SEO will be undertaken in an ethical way using natural and organic search engine optimisation methods.
SEO techniques are complex in nature with many different factors and variables involved. As such KevinPye.com cannot guarantee top keyword rankings on Google or any other search engine as this matter is totally beyond the control of any search engine professional.
Acknowledgement of Terms
This document contains the terms upon which KevinPye.com accepts your instructions to act for you. These “Terms and Conditions of Trade “may be changed by KevinPye.com in consultation with the client.
Client Confidentiality
KevinPye.com respects client confidentiality. No information about your business will be revealed to any third party unless you have specifically given authority to do so by way of web site testimonials or referrals.
Confidentiality also applies to the client in that they will not disclose details of SEO work or methods used by KevinPye.com, to third parties.
New Zealand Privacy Act
KevinPye.com will not use or reveal your business information to any third party, unless specifically authorised to do so in writing.
